Increasing Population: a calamity for world

As we think about people, there are so many people comes in our mind. But, as we think about population its thought seems like growth of bacteria decaying a waste. I mean population increment. Today's world's greatest calamity is increasing population, the proliferation of huge number of people cause so many problems like scarcity of food, unemployment, decreasing of land resources and so many natural resources that are essential for human life.
A study claims that if the world's population increase by more than 6 billion it is upper from the danger zone and now we are facing this in our daily life since 1990. If we think about the population of India and China their total population is 30-40 per cent as compared to overall world's population. As far as China controlling this by using population control bill which consists there should be only two child. If anyone who produces more than two child they should be punished, fined and kept behind the bar. This should be also implemented in India. But, India it let it go as it increase.
A great philosopher, "the Osho" said about the increasing population that deaths are not so danger as increasing population or bursting people". In fact, increment of population causes a slow death like hunger, war, shortage of water etc. etc. etc.
In my opinion the population bill should be passed by both the people and they should take an instant action on it. Let me tell you about the population of some Indian states.
UP- This state has the most number of population. The increment rate was about six per cent per decade (as per the 2011 census) and the total population was about 200 million.
Bihar- This state has third largest mass of the population in India (about 120 million). This cause a great unemployment in Bihar and shortage of many resources. The increment rate of the population of Bihar was 7.1 per cent as per 2011 census and it has the maximum population density in India about 1000-1100 people in one square kilometer.
Nagaland- This is the only state in India which population decreases and rate of increment reduced to 1.2 per cent. The population density of this state is about 30-40 people per square kilometer.
Arunachal Pradesh- This is the only state which population density is minimum in India (about 17 people per square kilometer).
